Ocean Park Historic Bungalows

This project was the winner of the 2022 Santa Monica Conservancy Restoration Award. Under the direction of Megan Johnson for Valencia Home, the 13 courtyard bungalows in Santa Monica were completely restored to their original aesthetic after decades of disrepair. The building boasts fully renovated modern interiors, lush landscaping, and a new exterior deck for entertaining. The bungalows sit only a block away from Santa Monica Main Street in the Ocean Park Neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach.
